For over ten years, chef Ulrich Behringer has orchestrated the kitchens of Hôtel Président Wilson.
Ulrich Behringer is open to the world; he offers dishes from many horizons and unique culinary skill. His trademark is a refined cuisine, where flavor, type of food and traditional cooking methods are respected and highlighted.
In 1987, when he was only twenty-five, Ulrich Behringer won the Pierre Taittinger culinary prize. He worked in well-known restaurants such as Le Gourmet and Tantris in Munich, the Auberge de l’Ill at Illhausern in Alsace and the Beau Rivage Palace in Lausanne before coming to Hôtel Président Wilson.
